Tri Valley Group

Big Bike Build location: Alameda County Fairgrounds, Pleasanton, CA.

It’s almost time to build some bikes! The Tri-Valley Chapter of Turning Wheels For Kids is very excited about our Second Annual Big Bike Build on December 7, 2013. We are grateful for the support we’ve received from individuals like you as well as our sponsors: The Alameda County Fairgrounds, First Presbyterian Church of Livermore, The Safeway Foundation, AT&T Pioneers, and Therma. We are continuing to work hard to raise money for bikes and helmets and are busy planning for the big day when we will all work together to build 500 bikes which charities will then give to young people this holiday season making many dreams come true.

Our second annual Big Bike Build will be held on December 7th at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. Although registration has closed for the 2013 Big Bike Build we hope you will sign up to be on the Wait List if you want to help build bikes. There are often cancellations and we will contact you if spots open up. If you are able to be a part of Quality Control send us an email ASAP! We need some additional bike experts who can be sure each bike is built correctly.

If you are registered and planning to attend the Big Bike Build we are looking forward to seeing you soon. Come back to the TWFK website to view the “How To Build a Bike” video and download the tool list. There will be a contest for the most coins and a raffle for wonderful prizes! So, start saving those coins!
